The campaign organizer will decide how your prize will be delivered to you. We will provide you with further details on how you will receive your prize after you redeem. Typically, a winner will receive their prizes in the following methods:


  • In-Person Redemption (i.e. at venue box office, at event merchandise table): Winner(s) must present a valid I.D. at the time of claim. Winner(s) must contact Tunespeak at support@tunespeak.com if they are without a valid I.D. and an alternate method for identifying the winner as such can then be decided. *A winner failing to provide a valid I.D. or attempting to provide a fraudulent I.D. will be unable to claim prize
  • Electronic Delivery: Winners will receive their prize(s) via email at the email address associated with their Tunespeak account.
  • Physical shipment (including courier service, postal service or any other means as determined solely by the band/artist (or campaign/raffle organizer): Winners must provide a valid mailing address upon redemption to which their prizes will be mailed by the campaign organizer within 6-8 weeks of the campaign end date. *Winners who do not receive their prize within 6-8 weeks of the campaign end week, please email support@tunespeak.com
