Prizes are non-transferable and the winner cannot gift, sell, or split their prize with a third party. If you need to change the name you submitted because you are underage or do not have a government-issued photo ID or passport please email us at support@tunespeak.com ASAP with your parent/guardian’s name.
While the age requirement for most Tunespeak campaigns is 13+, we must always defer to age restrictions set by venues. Check the venue website for age requirements and restrictions for your show.
* If it is too close to the show date, we may not be able to change the name.
**Day of show name changes will not be accepted.
